We want the best people to keep delivering this great Scream experience and become leaders of our Scream Pubs in the future. As such, we offer Graduates a scheme that enables you to work and develop up the ranks, starting as one of our Assistant Managers.

The 'Progress' Retail Graduate Scheme is designed for graduates who have a real passion and flair for the Licensed Retail Industry and wish to join our hands-on management team and pursue a career in Pub Management. The structured programme offers candidates a well-defined development plan to maximise their potential and reach their career ambition as a Manager within Scream.

Corporate Graduate Scheme

If the corporate side of things is more your scene we also run a Corporate Graduate Scheme which aims to develop Senior Managers of the future. Whether you fancy a career in Operations (managing multiple pubs) or in one of our specialist functions (Marketing, HR, Finance etc.) we'll ensure you undertake a comprehensive yet flexible training programme lasting approximately two years.

We recruit up to 10 graduates for the corporate scheme each year, allowing us to invest the time and resource to ensure that each graduate receives the best possible training and development, opportunities to progress, and the appropriate level of responsibility from day one. Starting salary is £25k and is Birmingham based for your initial induction and training, with nationwide opportunities available depending on future roles.
